How to check for Ticket ID?

After you send an email to support@stock-sync.com, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received it and will respond soon.

This email will also give you the Ticket ID for future correspondence. Please take a look at the screenshot below to know more.

Quick scan able to update the inventory quantity from different location. then, its also able to create order, fulfill or mark as paid.

For your question, we cant edit the SKU, we only can update the quantity of SKU.
