Based on the above image shows an error, after running the feed which has problems with timeout while connecting to Source HOST. Then, Stock Sync could not connect to the source that you have set up.
Reason
- Source HOST is not stable.
- The Source HOST is not responding when the process of connection was applied.
- It could be that the source has a short time-out session or the IP is blocked.
Solution
- You can check with the supplier if the connection is not stable.
- Test out the connection manually to see if it is working for you. Please contact support with the screenshot of the working connection if it's working.
- Please enable the IP whitelisting in the Feed Setting Step 1 and copy the IP address provided on your server.
