I keep getting the error: "Feed file empty"

After running the feed, there is an error showing that the feed file is empty. Then, Stock Sync could not access the feed. As can seen the error from the below picture:

Reason

• The feed that trying to run is empty.
• There is no file detected in the Stock Sync.

Solution

• It is due to the details inserted in the Stock Sync.
• To enable the feed, please check again every detail that is inserted.
